Product Delivery:
At Trademaze US, all orders are shipped in a securely sealed package. Customers must complete payment before receiving their parcel. Upon delivery, customers must check the package and accept it if they are satisfied. Once the package is accepted, no returns or exchanges will be allowed unless the product is defective.
The delivery company is responsible only for delivering the package, not for handling product issues. For any concerns, customers must contact Trademaze US directly.
After receiving the product, customers must record a full unboxing video to serve as proof in case of any issues. If any item is missing or the wrong product is delivered, customers should send the video to us, and we will investigate the issue. If the mistake is on our end, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Customers may request a return, exchange, or warranty claim under the following conditions:
✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- If the product has a manufacturing defect and is reported within 7 days of the invoice date.
- If the wrong product was delivered.
- If the product is damaged upon delivery (must provide an unboxing video as proof).
🚫 Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- If the product has been used.
- If the product has physical damage or burn marks after delivery.
- If the product’s warranty seal or sticker has been removed.
- If the product has scratches, glue marks, or is not in resellable condition.
- If the issue is related to compatibility with third-party hardware, software, or accessories.
- No warranty or exchange is available for belts, chains, batteries, chargers, or gift items.
Return Process:
- Customers must send the defective product via a reliable courier service that delivers directly to our office.
- Before sending, the product must be properly packed with all original packaging and accessories. No tape should be applied to the product box.
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will verify the issue and provide a solution within 3-15 business days.

Who Bears the Courier Cost?
- If a product issue is reported within 7 days of the invoice date, the customer will bear the shipping cost to return the product, and we will cover the cost to send the replacement.
- If a warranty claim is made after 7 days, the customer will bear both the return and replacement shipping costs.
- Alternatively, customers can visit our office to drop off and collect the product.
Delivery Time:
Orders are processed within 7 days, but we aim to ship them as quickly as possible.
Inside the U.S.: Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days after shipping.
Outside the U.S.: Delivery may take 2-7 business days, depending on location.
