At Trademaze US, we ensure that all our products are 100% authentic and high-quality. Many of our products come with a brand warranty, while some do not. The warranty period and coverage details for each product are mentioned on our website or provided with a separate warranty card.
Please note that any Replacement Warranty is valid only once per product. If the same product encounters further issues after a replacement, it will be covered under our Service Warranty, not another replacement.
Eligibility for Replacement Warranty:
You may be eligible for a one-time replacement if the product has:
- Manufacturing defects
- OS-related faults (excluding third-party apps)
- Power issues due to device malfunction (Note: Accessories such as remotes, keyboards, lights, or batteries are not covered)
- Performance issues where the product does not function properly even at 60% capacity
Conditions Where Replacement Will NOT Be Provided:
- The product has been used beyond initial inspection
- Physical damage caused by the customer
- Burn marks, liquid damage, or any other external damage
- The original warranty sticker, seal, or software has been removed or altered
- The product has been misused or used in an improper environment
If the product has already been replaced once, further issues will be covered only under the Service Warranty
Replacement Process:
- Customers must provide proper unboxing video proof showing the issue.
- If the product meets replacement criteria, we will process a one-time replacement.
- If a replacement unit is unavailable, the customer will receive service warranty coverage or an alternative solution.
- If our inspection finds no fault with the product, it will be returned to the customer after they cover shipping costs.
Warranty Shipping Costs:
- If the issue occurs within 7 days of purchase, customers will bear the shipping cost to send the product to us, and we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
- If the issue arises after 7 days but within the warranty period, customers will bear both the shipping costs for sending and receiving the repaired/replaced product.
- Customers may also choose to visit our service center to drop off and collect the product.
Estimated Processing Time:
- Order Processing & Shipping: 1-3 business days (inside the city), 2-5 business days (outside the city)
- Replacement & Warranty Processing: 3-15 business days, depending on product availability and issue resolution
